Terms of Use

Effective date: April 11, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Hodler Suite platform, including the website, account system, risk-scoring workflows, support tools, billing flows, and related operational interfaces (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Scope and Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Hodler Suite provides blockchain-token analytics and risk intelligence. The Service is informational and operational decision-support software. It is not legal, investment, tax, or accounting advice.

Scores, alerts, and classifications are probabilistic outputs derived from internal and third-party data pipelines. False positives, false negatives, stale inputs, provider outages, and data-quality issues can occur. You remain responsible for your own financial, legal, compliance, and operational decisions.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, 2FA codes, device access, and account sessions.
  • You must promptly notify support of unauthorized access, compromise, or suspected abuse.
  • We may require verification checks before sensitive account, billing, or administrative changes are completed.

4. Role-Based and Administrative Access

Some features are role-restricted. Administrative users are responsible for actions taken through their accounts, including managed-user updates, billing actions, and operational controls that affect other users or service availability.

5. Strictly Necessary Cookies and Access Controls

The homepage and related flows may require acknowledgement of strictly necessary cookies before continuing. These cookies are limited to what is needed to operate the Service, secure sessions, preserve device-scoped acknowledgement state, and support abuse-prevention or anti-bot controls.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, or policy circumvention.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, privilege escalation, scraping abuse, or data exfiltration.
  • Interfere with system integrity, availability, security controls, or administrative safeguards.
  • Bypass anti-bot, quota, entitlement, or other technical protections.
  • Misuse exported data or support workflows in violation of law or these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

Parts of the Service rely on external providers, including payment providers, email services, traffic/security services, and data APIs. Provider outages, policy changes, country restrictions, or feature deprecations may affect Service behavior.

8. Billing, Plans, and Payments

  • Plan pricing, limits, and availability are shown in the Checkout flow and may change over time.
  • Payment completion is recognized only after verified provider-side confirmation and reconciliation.
  • Orders may remain in waiting, failed, or partially paid states until provider status is finalized.
  • Where supported by the payment provider, partially paid orders may expose a recovery flow to complete the remaining amount.

9. Privacy, Data Rights, and Retention

Personal-data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. Signed-in users can use Account Settings to correct profile details, download a machine-readable export of current account data, and submit verified privacy requests.

Requests for deletion or restriction may be limited where we still need to retain data for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security investigations, accounting, tax, or defense of legal claims.

10. Support and Communications

The support system may send automated and agent communications about tickets, account security, billing, and operational notices. You are responsible for monitoring your registered mailbox and preserving ticket references where relevant.

11. No Custody / No Brokerage

Hodler Suite does not custody customer assets, execute trades, act as a broker, or operate as a financial intermediary. Payment processing, where offered, is performed by external providers under their own terms.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the software, workflows, branding, content, and materials within the Service are owned by Hodler Suite or its licensors. No license is granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

13. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, maintainability, reliability, or legal compliance. Planned and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, payment default handling, or material breach of these Terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a specific purpose, or error-free outputs. Hodler Suite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

16. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
